Our Journey and Passion

The goal of this club is to give an opportunity for students of Winona State University to learn and play the sport of rugby and to create an awareness of this sport in the community and on-campus. The women's rugby club also aims to bring together students from different backgrounds and strengthen them both physically and mentally, enabling them to start new friendships and teach each individual to work together as a team towards a common objective. The club is a Division II team in the Minnesota League that plays through to a national championship. It has reached the national championships at the D ll level before moving up to D I in 2020, winning three.
